HMS Astute S119

The British Royal Navy designed this 97 m long nuclear powered submarine so that it would not require refuelling for the whole of its 25 year lifespan. It is able to produce its own drinking water and fresh air, the main limitation on it remaining submerged is that it can only carry three months food supplies for its 98 man crew. It is an attack submarine, with a mixed weapons load of 38 Spearfish torpedoes and Tomahawk missiles, the latter having a range of 2000 kilometres and cost of around 300,000000 Forints each.
